Once controls have been created on the dialog, the movement tool can be used to select controls and to position and resize controls.
You can also select individual and multiple controls (using shift+click) and use the right mouse-click menu for these further functions:
Align: The alignment dialog has functions for the positioning of one control, or when multiple controls have been selected.
Size: The sizing dialog also enables the size of controls to be set in pixels.
Send to back: Sends the control to the background.
Bring to front: Sends the control to the Foreground.
